200x85 brings back its highly successful BODY CONTACT clinics for 2026. These clinics are one of a kind with “Checking Dummies” that provide players with an opportunity for professional instruction on the skills of awareness, angling, body position and body contact. Each session focuses on helping players develop their confidence in physical situations and reduce the likelihood of injury. This meets the USA Hockey requirement for soon to be Bantams, and is also highly regarded for ALL age classifictaions.

USAH has established new rules which have changed the ages where body contact is allowed thus allowing players to get more comfortable and confident in physical situations. Body contact is a huge part of hockey and is a skill just like skating, passing and shooting. You can’t play this game scared and it’s imperative that players learn how to give and receive a check. 

All players will be assigned to a group prior to the weekend and will skate in two on-ice sessions on Friday & two on-ice sessions on Saturday.  

Refunds will be only be granted 90 days prior to the event (must request to cancel the registration by 5/23/2026).
