We encourage all of our teams in every division to stay and support as many of the higher seeded games as possible. The more teams that stay, make it a more special atmosphere for these players to compete in. Whether you have a full team or just a team representative attending... PLEASE check in with the rink supervisor on-site and let him know you are there and plan to go on the ice for the country championship photo with your team and/or are there to pick up your medals. 

No players can go on the ice without a coach representing their team.  Also please advise your team that any parents/siblings trying to get on the ice will be immediately removed. 

If the team does NOT plan on staying. A team representative must come and pick up their medals. Medals will not be shipped post event.

PURPOSE OF THE ROUND ROBIN

Earn home ice advantage for Championship Sunday.

Reseed each country so seeded equavalents play on Sunday for weighted points. 

SCORES ON SUNDAY START AT 0-0 ON SUNDAY

Each game is allocated "X" amount of points based on where you seed and the size of the divison. Example: A division of 10 teams, The #1 seeded game is worth 10 points, #2 seed 9 points... If it's a division of 6 teams, the #1 seeded game is worth 6 points, ETC

NOTE: Hockey Canada rules do not mandate the wearing of a mouthpiece at any age classification where a full facemask is required. Therefore, Hockey Canada registered teams are not required to wear a mouthpiece while playing in the United States. Canadian hockey teams will abide by their own governing body in regards to mouthguards & neck guards.
